The sign-in email now leads with a big "Sign in" button, with the 6-digit code as a secondary option below. Everything is centre-aligned and consistent between the email and the sign-in page.

When adding credential requirements, a search-first picker shows existing types as you type — preventing duplicates like "White Card" vs "white card". Fuzzy matching catches near-misses before you accidentally create a new type.

Safety documents are now automatically summarised when you upload them. Each summary shows concise headlines you can tap to expand for more detail — so you can see what matters without reading 30 pages. Works with PDFs, Word docs, and even scanned documents. Available on Pro.

Filter documents by category (SWMS, Permits, Insurance, etc.) on the site documents page — same filter pills already available in the company library.

See exactly how many hours have been worked on each site. Group by worker, trade, or company, filter by date range, and download as CSV. Available per-site from the actions menu and company-wide from settings.

Sites can now be set to "Construction" or "Visitor" mode. Construction sites track trades, credentials, and toolbox talks. Visitor sites ask "who are you visiting?", skip credential checks, and use "check in/out" wording. Choose the type when creating a site or change it anytime in site settings.

Replaced the row of tiny icons on each site page with a single menu button. Every action now shows its name alongside the icon — no more guessing what each button does.
